Welcome to The Crown Hotel Lofthouse.
For over a quarter of a century the Newcombe family have been running this traditional Yorkshire Dales village Inn. The Hotel is situated in the centre of Britain, in an AONB Area of Outstanding Beauty on The Nidderdale Way North Yorkshire.
Whether you are walking locally or just exploring further afield The Crown Hotel makes the perfect rural location. In the bar can be found open fires and rustic charm, hand pulled ales and out of the ordinary whiskies and well as an extensive wine list.
Unpretentious home cooking is available at both lunch and dinner time from 12 to 2pm and 7 to 9pm.
As an alternative to the bar seating you can dine ‘alfresco’ in the garden or under the garden verandah.
Our accommodation has a choice of double, single or twin occupancy on the rooms all of which offer large luxury en-suite bathrooms, television, hairdryer and complementary beverage tray.

Really great food!
Friendly staff, the food was excellent, great atmosphere. I had a starter and my parnter had the Chicken. The fillet steak was amazing. The Crown Hotel, is an amazing, tradional, public house and we both look forward to going back soon.
